As a Francophile I love all parts of France. All regions, the food, the wine and even the language. Difficult grammar for even the French to write exactly, but maybe the better for it!

I holidayed there as a child, went on my first holiday there with my wife and when I had kids returned many times to that great country. My daughter chose to do her erasmus year law in France in  Clermont-Ferrand.

So I have a long established love of all things French.

What I also like is a part of their home buying system. A non returnable deposit. You offer, pay a deposit and will lose if you don’t complete. Giving all my sellers the certainty they seek of successful completion and making sure a buyer really wants the home.
