Fee menu option – If you prefer to pay a fee, you may pay 1% of the loan amount, payable on completion of the mortgage. We will refund any commission from the lender to you. Eg for a loan of £100,000 the fee would be £1000.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
